Back when I made the Bloomin’ Peaks quilt I showed a cute little block that could be made what was cut off the nine patches around the edge. I had mentioned that they would make great coasters for the cocoa one might enjoy after a day on the slopes. Well, I made four coasters. But I still had a few more triangles and I thought wouldn’t it be nice if the coasters had a cozy home. So I made a little basket to put them in. They had a few friends that wanted to tag along so I made the basket big enough to carry two flavors of cocoa (always good to have choices in your cocoa) and a good book.
Now these good friends are ready for me when I want to cuddle in the Bloomin’ Peaks quilt and relax with that good book.
Just in time for cooler weather.
Love your basket and coasters! What a great idea.

That is a great idea!!! It looks wonderful too.
Hi Em,
I love your idea to store coasters and other things. Just give some people bits of material and look what happens!! Great going girl.
Cheers, Anita.
Love the coaster 🙂
