First off I want to let you know I finally figured out the linky problem so my Monday post now shows if you want to check it out. Since I’ve been home, in addition to playing catch up with laundry and house work I’ve been busy playing in my scrap bins. I finally finished all my blue rail fences and added a fun little element to them. I pulled my red, yellow, orange and pink bins and added a wedge to each rail fence. Now to figure out a setting. I’m looking forward to this. I have a few ideas but want to play a little on the design wall before I make my final decision.
You may remember I made tiny rail fences from the scraps, Those I’m making into little 4″ wonky stars. I’m loving these!!!! They are so bright and happy.
I have no plan at the moment other than a little scrappy fun.
You always come up the great scrappy ideas. Cant wait to see it all come together.
Scrappy fun is THE BEST!
Fun and pretty♥
I love those little happy stars.
both of them — tooooooo cute!! I've made little wonky stars on 3 quilts, all of them gone, and I wish I had kept at least one of them! ElaineAdairPieces
Those itty bitty starts are too cute! I don't do much 'wonk' (on purpose at least), but I may have to start with those!
I love your blocks and colors, super.
I call that style 'liberated' as in free to have fun.
Lovely! I have a pile of 'blue' strings I'm looking for inspiration for. I love the stars!
Real fun the wonky stars and the railway with the added wedge. Greetings
Scrappy fun, indeed! Those are both cute little blocks.
Love, love, love what you've done with your little rail fences! What a creative mind you have!!!!!! Now, if I can just remember what you've done, so I can start playing on the rails . . . . . (lynnstck(at)yahoo.com)
