Show and tell is one of my favorite parts of the retreat. I love seeing what everyone has created. There is so much variety. It is inspiring and often adds to my bucket list. Plus it is fun to see how proud everyone is of their finishes. Just look at Jackie, doesn’t that face say it all.
Her sister, Janell, was working on an art quilt. Recreating a picture of Jackie, herself and their mother. It was so neat to watch her work. This is going to be an amazing quilt.
I loved Sue’s parade. She cut those silhouettes out by hand. They are not dye cut. Isn’t that amazing?
Lorri’s carpenter star is so cheery and bright.
Carmen’s quilt that she has been promising her grandson is finally a top.
And Judy’s beginning to a Kim Deihl scrappy star. Love that cheddar background.
And Toni’s beautiful courthouse steps.
So much wonderful eye candy. Thank you Toni and Peggy for another great retreat!
Thanks for Show and Tell. Looks like such a fun retreat!
What great quilts!
Such a variety and all lovely work!
