I just received my last block from my Notion or Two Bee.  Isn’t it so cute.  Love this little house with the palm tree.  I’m invisioning it as my vacation home.  My home away from home.

After oooing and ahhhing over this cute block I set to work on making my block for this quilt.  I wanted something hanging on a clothes line.  While sketching clothes on a piece of scratch paper an idea came to me…. why not a little quilt.  I pulled out my drawer of half square triangles made back in the day before I learned this method of making the little guys.

I grabbed a bunch of matching ones that were about 1″ square.  I know I’m crazy.  I sewed them into a little quilt that I raw edge appliqued onto my background along with some posts for my clothes line.  Added my scrappy borders.

Added these two blocks to the rest of my little pretties.

Now I just need to decide on borders.  Any suggestions?

These blocks are the cutest blocks I've ever seen. I love your quilt one. Maybe a very thin first border followed by a scrappy squares second border?

No suggestion for borders other than Lynn's – it's a good one! But I absolutely love that little "quilt on the line" block!! How cute!!!!

Those blocks are all adorable!!! I love the colors. I can see the borders with a narrow red followed by a second scrappy border – maybe piano keys with the white too. I know whatever you do will be wonderful.

Is that ever darling Em! Love it!
The previous suggestions for a border are great!

Here is another. What about finding a happy/busy print with a lot of those colors in it for a border?

Adorable blocks. A little red stop border would be nice followed by a larger border in the green or a oh, oh how about a border of little scrappy squares followed by a green border? Or a scrappy piano key border? Looking forward to seeing what you end up with.
