I really love my Sew Bee Wonky group. I love the quilts I have made with their help. You can see them here, here and here. I always look forward to seeing what these creative ladies come up with. Not only for my quilts but for their’s as well.
I got a little behind this summer with my bee blocks. So Cyndi has had to wait for her blocks. I feel so bad. She chose wonky trees. She created this great tutorial here. So this last week I repented and got busy on her blocks. Three little wonky trees are now on their way to Cyndi. Oh, I feel so much better.
And to avoid that guilty feeling again. (Yes, I’m a little like the dinosaur in Toy Story. It can be annoying and not just for me.) I made Janeth’s blocks too. She choose wonky stars in gray with a white background. She said she would be combining them with other blocks. Oh, I can’t wait to see what she does. Her quilts are always so amazing.
Now I must patiently wait for October to see what Jennifer is going to have us make.
There is nothing that feels as good as getting those commitments finished! Your blocks look great and will be appreciated.
Terrific for striking these pretties off you "to do" list. That's always a good feeling.
Congratulations on catching up and having this good feeling on top of it. Have fun with your sewing and thank zou for sharing pictures of these happy blocks.
Greetings,
Sylvia
