First isn’t Amy great to host Blogger’s Quilt Festival. A BIG THANKS to her! Next I want to show off my son’s quilt. Didn’t he do a great job. He sewed all the scraps together, I helped him tie it and then I bound it for him. This quilt just screams ‘N’, he’s the one with the neon green room. He loves color and I love him and his quilt. Finally for my showing is this black and white quilt with red accent. It is my new design and will be available on my webpage soon. I call it Breathe. The motion in the blocks reminds me of the rythmic in and out of breathing. It also relaxes me simular to a deep breath. I had a lot of fun making this one. My hubby loves it. The deep contrast of the black and white really appeals to him.
Well I’m going to check out all the other wonderful quilts at Blogger’s Quilt Fest. Hope you will do the same. I’ll also be linking up at for Sew and Tell. After all it is Friday you know.
wow…lovely quilts
You both did a great job! Doesn't sewing all that black and white make your eyes go buggy?!
Wow thanks for showing us 2 quilts. I love the tied one at the top best, but they are both beautiful!
Congratulations to your son, well done. The black and white is beautiful. Our guild has just chosen the snail's trail block as our challenge block. Great job.
Wow! Love the 'deep breathing' quilt! I can't stop looking at it. I am going to have to make one of those! Your son's quilt is super too!

I do love the black and white with a touch of red. It's so dramatic.
Friend, isn't "N's" quilt one you'd want to snuggle under? Oh I would. I think I'd take it with me everywhere. Like my blampey. 🙂
Now Breathe… I'm delighted to see this. I think I recall this one but not entirely. A second look this one definitely deserves. You have such a talent for creating patterns. I enjoy the deep contrast of the black and white and reds myself!
