I started reproducing my great grandma’s quilt. I’m giving it a modern flare with the grey background and bright prints from today. My problem is I have run out of the heart fabric. I won a fat quarter of it and I don’t know what it is. Can you help me identify it?
Do you know where I might be able to get some more? Any help is appreciated.
It's a Denyse Schmidt fabric found at JoAnns fabrics…I'm pretty sure. Not sure if it's still available…maybe check on line at JoAnns too.
Yep, i think its Denise Schmidt too.
I think i have seen it in my local Spotlight – Australia
I agree – I'm pretty sure it's a Denyse Schmidt fabric, too. Not sure I ever saw the pink variation, but it looks like the blue that I saw.
It is from Sugar Creek and Winding Road dsquilts.com/fabric_and_patterns.asp?PageID=246&ImageID=741
If they don't have any at JoAnn's anymore let me know. I have a bit and would love to send it your way 🙂
It is Denyse Schmidt – part of the Sugar Creek collection – Kitchsy Stripe Rhubarb specifically. Found some on Etsy – etsy.com/listing/121615819/one-yard-sugar-creek-kitschy-stripe
or etsy.com/listing/96687407/sale-sugar-creek-ds-quilts-denyse or etsy.com/listing/124649103/12-yard-denyse-schmidt-sugar-creek?ref=market
Lucky you – not often you can find what you need.
I can help you with some of the fabric. Let's just say I am a DS hoarder. Please let me know.
