After making my little Farm Fresh quilt and playing with my Crazy Love quilt I’m feeling quite liberated. So at the moment all traditional quilting has flown out the window and scraps are flying while I play in a less formal way. I’ve made this journal for a friend.

What is liberating you at the moment?
I am working on my bucket list and it is a good feeling. One project done, 3 more to go and needs to be finished by Feb 11th.

I'm not feeling liberated at the moment. It does appear that you are having lots of fun with these little pieces. I like those rick rack stems for the flowers.

I've been trying to sew for at least fifteen minutes every day and haven't had time to pull and cut fabric for anything new, so I'm making tons of progress on UFOs. Not sure if that's liberating or not — but it sure feels good!

Cute journal! Liberating quilting – I just am grabbing a bag of scraps from the bin(s) and challenging myself to use it all up in a project or two – using just what's in the bag.

Cute projects. Sometimes it's more fun to work on lots of smaller, different things instead of a bigger project. That is what I'm doing now. I don't have time to get bored, and I get to see some finishes.
