It’s a woman’s prerogative to change her mind. Dd being a true woman has done that. Even though it has only been just over a year since she last redecorated her room, back when her favorite colors were purple, green and orange. You can see her former room here.
Here favorite color now is aqua. She recently put together this collage to complete one of her goals for her Personal Progress. With the help of one of her leaders she was able to create the two center pictures in the exact color she wanted.
The same color as this owl she received from her grandma last time we were down there visiting. We had fun choosing just the right paint color, Cool Jazz. She has decided that naming paint colors is a job she wants in the future.
We completed her room with a fun owl lamp she found at Walmart, a chevron duvet, and my quilted owl art I made and posted about here.
She is thrilled with her new room. “It looks like something out of a magazine” she said. Makes me happy when she is happy.
