You may remember this quilt. It’s been sitting in a corner of my sewing room basted and patiently waiting for me to quilt it. Well, these little orphans will have to wait no more. I rescued them from the corner earlier this week and got busy stipple quilting it. I auditioned a couple of bindings, one bright red the other a subtle green. I went with the green. I felt it let the blocks shine and didn’t compete for attention.
Love this little Plan Bquilt, aka a quilt filled with blocks that originally were intended for other purposes but somehow ended up orphans.
Looks great, so springy!
Such a happy quilt. Glad you rescued it.
Wonderful! How nice to have a bunch of orphans used up and quilted!
I like how everything fits together.
Good things come to quilts that wait. Looks good and the green binding was a good choice.
It's a fabulous quilt for plan b! I really love the sampler style to it. You pulled it all together so very well.:)
Love this quilt – congrats on the wonderful finish! The blocks look so good together. Thanks for the inspiration.
Looks lovely, what a beautiful color combination.
Great work and congratulations on this finish.
