Valentine’s is such a great holiday. I’ve been gathering gift ideas for those I love for quite awhile now. Recipes for goodies mostly, after all what is Valentines without chocolate and sugar cookies? Then while trying to decide what to make for the hop I had this fun idea; cute Valentine gift bags.
I gathered my red, pink and yellow scraps. Packed them to take on my quilt retreat last week, and had fun making these cute little bags.
You can fill them with sweets.
Lotions and sweet smelling soaps
or just about anything your loved one desires.

Bags are such a wonderful idea. They are a great wrapping and then a gift, too. They are very useful. I like your choice of fabrics and the variation of colors.

Cute and so versatile! I have one that a friend made for me with some exterior pockets. She said they have to bring their own mug for guild meetings to cut down on paper waste. Great idea! Stick some drink sticks in the pockets, tea bag, sweetener whatever and good to go.
