Mad Dash is now a finish. Thank you to the lovely ladies in my Sew Bee Wonky Group that helped to make the blocks. I’m so glad I took the extra time to make the ‘dash’ing sashing and boarder. I love the effect it has on the quilt.
Because I had carried the dashes into the boarder and sashing I thought it would be fun to take the triangle part of the churn dash into the quilting. So I quilted random triangles throughout the quilt. It wasn’t easy for me to figure out how to go from one triangle to the next but I think it worked out well.
And I’m pleased with the final result.
Great finish.
So cute Em!!! Love it!!

A very beautiful and unique quilt. The white sets off the bold colours perfectly. Thanks for sharing.
