Moving It Forward

I enjoyed a lovely weekend with friends at my aunt’s cabin. We ate way to much, enjoyed each other’s company and sewed up a storm. I was able to make a forest of yarn bomb trees.

A quilt’s worth of kaleidoscope blocks. I could have put them together but somehow I always manage to mess that up if I don’t have my design wall. So I’ll do them later this week.

My friend, Joan made this beautiful quilt. She bought fabric on the way up, got it cut out and sewn while we were there. She is always very productive at our retreats.

Now it’s your turn to share your progress. Can’t wait to see what you’ve been up to. An InLinkz Link-up

Em, just wanted to let you know that your linky is doing something weird today. When I came to your blog, your newest post flashed on my screen but then it disappeared and I can only see the linky with the thumbnails. I tried refreshing, using a different browser — even tried on my phone and the same thing keeps happening. I see a photo flash on the screen and a sentence about being at your aunt's cabin, but then it's gone immediately and replaced by the linkys. Which bums me out, because I really wanted to read your post and see what you're working on!
