Happy Fourth of July! Hope you have a wonderful day and find a little free time to play in your creative spot. It being Monday it’s time to share what we have moved forward in the last week.
Last week I shared a totally new project, that in all honesty I have not moved very far forward. But as I flit from project to project I’m sure to return to it soon. This week I decided to move some projects that are near completion, wanting to work at the opposite end of the quilting spectrum. Isn’t it great when you have many projects going how you can do this. So I pulled out all the tops from the Quilty Hug bin, hauled them all to JoAnn’s and took advantage of an Independence Day sale. Every back I bought was 50% off and then I had a coupon for an additional 20%. Now that’s a deal!
Then I took them all home and started cutting batting for them.
Hoping to get a few basted tomorrow and maybe pawn a few off on my quilting friends. Nice to have such great friends that help me get all these Quilty Hugs finished. Now that I’ve shard my progress you are free to share yours. Looking forward to lots of quilty progress.
Congratulations on getting so many backings priced right!
