Moving It Forward

First off Happy Halloween! Hope your survive all the goblins and ghouls that visit tonight. That your candy lasts and that you can have a piece or two yourself. I still need to buy candy. I don’t like to buy it early it’s too much of a temptation for me and the rest of my family.  Then I end up having to buy it twice. Not a good thing! Makes my hips fat and my pocket book skinny. I’d rather reverse that senerio scenario. So I wait and sometimes end up with not the best candy but that can be a win win as I won’t eat it. Not so good for the trick or treaters though.  Tomorrow is another Quilty Hug sew in. I had quite a few quilts that Ruthie had quilted that just needed binding. I wanted to get them done before we finished another batch, so I got busy making binding. I dropped off these two to a friend that said she would love to bind some Quilty Hugs since she is unable to attend our little get together.

 Then I found a piece in my Quilty Hug stash that was big enough to make binding for these two quilts.

 Next I got busy sewing it on. I hope by the end of today to have these two finished. So I’ll be ready for the next batch.
