2014 was a good year. I found lots of time to play in my scrap bins. As I looked back on my finishes it was no surprise my favorites were scrappy. I’ve included the pictures of each and a link if you want to read more about them. They all started with this little guy.
Being a member of the Scrap Squad stretched me and brought a lot of joy. My favorite from that bunch was my Black Tie Affair.
I tried this year to make a few more masculine quilts. I do have three sons after all. Though not my favorite to sew on it’s simple beauty makes me happy. That and the fact my Josh loves it.
I’m very proud of my reproduction of my great grandmother’s quilt.
I gave this one to my mom for Christmas. I thought it only fitting since she is the one that gave me the flour sacks. Thrilled that she loved it.
My all time favorite for 2014 is Mary’s Garden. The combination of bright colors, scraps and daisies makes my heart sing.
Hope your 2014 was great and I wish you all the best in 2015. May you find lots of time to create and quilt.
Mary's Garden would be my favorite too. You do such a wonderful job with your scraps.
The garden quilt is a beauty and probably my favorite of your year's projects.
Love seeing the compilation, especially the last two. Scraps and flowers? What's not to love.:)
These aRe amazing 😄
