I made soap again this weekend. A lovely rosemary and spearmint soap that smells heavenly.
I also cut up a bunch of lights to go with the texture prints I cut last week. I had a plan for the larger strips. I have visions of a lovely half square triangle quilt. I have to admit I’m looking forward to playing with the layout of this one. Even though it’s not in my color pallet. The rest of the strips were cut for the least amount of waste.
As luck would have it that turned out to work perfectly for another Free Four Allquilt.
So I now have a new leaders and enders project that I mindless sewed on yesterday along with a few other projects I’ll reveal later. While the washing machine did it’s job. (The only household job I’m really good at. If only there were a machine to fold it then I’d really love the laundry.) And my soap cured, smelling like a bit of heaven.
Making for a nearly perfect day. I did have to fold the laundry after all. Also I wanted to let you know I’ve updated my Tutorial page. I added tutorials and grouped them into categories. If you could take a minute to hop over there and let me know what you think I would appreciate it. Thanks!
