You may remember that my grey and black scrap bin was full. After dumping those lovely scraps into a laundry basked to make them easier to see. I started making wonky log cabins. I’ve got 19 done.
A few more in various stages.
And here is what the basket of scraps it looking like.
Think I’ll have enough for 11 more blocks? Linking up with:
Ohhhh! Love your wonky log cabin blocks! But how do you empty your bin? My scraps seem to multiply when I try to work with them.
Beautiful and I love the little splashes of muted color in it.
You know I can never ever figure if I will have tooooooo much or not enoufghhhhh of the scrap batch I am working on… Do I wanna cheat and hit my shelves for more fabric or do I change the whole focus of the blocks and layout?
So that is what the bottom of a scrap bin looks like. I haven't seen one in so long!
Your blocks look great. I know you can squeak out what you need to finish somehow.
Oh…I like what you are doing 🙂
Looks like fun!
Your wonky log cabins are looking really great… excellent use of a full black & white scrap basket! And I love those little 'pops' of colour too!
Your Log Cabin blocks look wonderful. Like your color and fabric choices.
Greetings,
Sylvia
