Do you have projects that for one reason or another you stop working on?  They then get stashed away and almost forgotten.  That’s what happened with this little project.  I was going full steam ahead when I ran out of fabric for these little hearts. Thanks to many of you I was able to track more down but by then I was busy with new and exciting things so this one sat.  But it kept peeking it’s cute little head out and winking at me.  I’d see it as I looking for something else and it would whisper sweet nothing in my ear.  Finally it won my heart over and I started spending time with it.

The more time we spent together the more I loved her.  Soon I had all the applique ready to go.

Now I look forward to watching her many pieces come together.

Soon I know she will be a thing of beauty I will love forever.

I think most of us have more than one project we've been stalled on. But they are always there waiting for us when the mood strikes, again. I love hearts. What a fun print for them. I have had a little of that DS piece. So pretty.

this will be so fabulous–I just love the pattern–so old fashioned and your colors are lovely. Good luck–I have a whole lot of "stashed away" starts that I want to finish up this year, too. Hugs, Julierose
