It’s Wednesday again and time for Scrap Happy Summer. Can you believe we are in the second week of August? Where has the summer gone? Yesterday J picked up his schedule for school and had his picture taken for the yearbook. While I got with the mothers of all the Jr. high students to figure out car pool for this year. Today we’ll be buying school supplies: pencils, notebooks, backpacks, etc…. And DD will be planning an end of summer party for her friends. So with school on my mind when I went to play with my scraps this is what I came up with.

In a way I miss those back to school activities…kids grown and a retired teacher…so this time of the year now seems a little empty
