I’m lovin’ this quilt. I love the pink and brown color combo. I like the movement the blocks create. The pattern is available here (it’s my Breathe pattern, a shame less plug, I know.) Not only is it made in Amy Butler’s ‘lovely’ fabrics, mostly midwest modern. I finished in time to be part of Amy’s Sew and Tell using Amy Butler fabric. Thank you Amy for the push I needed to finish this quilt. I quilted it with organic lines, learned from Jacquie and Beth. I’m really happy with the effect.
Not only am I thrilled with my quilt. That handsome young man, you see below, is my son. He is shaking hands with the Dean of Students. Yesterday he was honored for being in the top 1% of students. Yes I am a proud mamma.
