It’s been slow going with my hexi stars.
My main problem being I keep forgetting to take my cute little bag of supplies with me. I’d forget my own head if it weren’t connected it seems. Does anyone else have this problem?
Fortunately I had it near by this weekend and was able to get a few more done. I’m really falling for these little fellows. I’m wondering if my little quilt should just be hexi-stars or if I should add alternate blocks. I need to get a few more done so I can play around and explore possibilities. Love your Sew Together bag, I use one of mine for my hand sewing supplies. I also made the Bionic Gear bag for my " machine" supplies/notions in my travel bag. I love to see all the imaginative fabric combos and different uses.
Cute little stars and they don't look easy to piece.
I have the same HEAD problem. :/ LOVE your little stars!
YES!!! I'm the same way. If I don't have to trip over it on my way out, it won't be remembered.
Those hexie stars are just wonderful.
Wonderful, they are so cute, love them. What a great idea.
Greetings,
Sylvia
They may be slow going, but they surely are beautiful!
Your bag is as cute as the stars! Good going!
Love your little bag! Those stars are fantastic. Are you English Paper Piecing them?
Yep…I have left the house any number of times without my head.
I hope you make some good progress. The pattern is interesting and thanks for the link to the EPP templates. I'm new to EPP, but had to save the pattern for a possible future project 🙂
I love these stars – so colorful. And I love that multi pocket bag. I keep thinking I'll run across the pattern but haven' yet. Maybe I should shop a little more. 🙂 blessings, marlene
Those are so pretty! And oh for sure I can relate to the "forget the head if it wasn't screwed on", something my mum has said to me most of my life, and now being in menopause has not helped one iota!!
