
I’ve found some time to play with the black and white fabric I bought here. I cut it into strips. Made me some foundation pieces. Sewed the strips to the foundation for these string blocks. I love that I was able to take this picture outside. Look no snow! Green grass! Finally!
I then sewed the blocks together to make these blocks that I am totally in love with.
I’m hoping to have a top done soon.
Well I can see why you are in love with them..they are great blocks! Are you going to sew them together with sashing? If so, what color? Inquiring minds want to know.

Fun blocks. I love black and white fabrics and black and white quilts with a touch of color. You have done a nice job with contrast which I found to be a huge part of the success of a black and white quilt. Can't wait to see more!
