Wild Goose Chase Block 11

Another week and another goose chase block.

For this one you will need

1- 3 1/2″ geese block

1- 1 1/2″ geese block

6- 2 1/2″ geese blocks

4- 1 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ rectangle

2- 1 1/2″ squares

2- 1 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ rectangles

2- 2″ x 4 1/2″ rectangles

2- 3″ x 8 1/2″ rectangles

Sew a 1 1/2″ square on either side of your 1 1/2″ geese block

Next sew the 2″ x 4 1/2″ rectangles on the top and bottom of this unit.

Sew a 1 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ rectangle on either side of your 3 1/2″ geese block

Next sew a 3″ x 8 1/2″ rectangle on the top and bottom of this unit.

Sew a 1 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ rectangle to the bottom of 4 of your 2 1/2″ geese blocks.

Sew these units together.

Sew the remaining 2- 2 1/2″ geese blocks to the bottom of these units.

Sew the 1 1/2″ geese block unit made above to one of your 2 1/2″ geese rows.

Sew the remaining row to the 3 1/2″ geese unit made above.

Sew these two units together to complete your block.
