In 2008 Dieter F. Uchtdorf gave the talk, Happiness, Your Heritage. It instantly became one of my all time favorites. So when Denyse Schmitt announced her Proverbial quilt along, this talk came to me. I’ve been wanting to do something with the wise words found there and this was the motivation I needed.
Here is my first quote. Can I just say, this is either going to be a very big quilt. Or I may need to make a series. For now I’m just making letters and words.
I love that talk too. Just a few days before he gave that talk I was trying to explain to someone I was in a Presidency with how important it was for me to create. It was just a part of me. I could tell she didn't understand the need. It wasn't a part of her. She later acknowledged the talk as what I was talking about. It's still a part of me thus the name for my blog. I'm looking forward to seeing your progress.
