Welcome to Moving it Forward! Let me share what I’ve been moving forward. First I pulled out my scrap bins and AccuQuilt Go. Next I loaded up a half square triangle die with lots of scrappy goodness. In no time at all I had dozens of half square triangles cut out.
Then I was off to the sewing machine. I recently bought a wool pressing mat. I love how crisp it makes my blocks. So once I chained those pretty pieces through I set about pressing them.
Finally time for the fun to begin. As I threw the half square triangles on the design wall. For this baby version of Jumbo Scrappy Star. I’ve updated the pattern to include multiple sizes as well as AccuQuilt friendly cutting. For those who want that option. Find my favorite scrap friendly dies here.
