This quilts started out as a solution to use up some random strips in more muted colors. I don’t use a lot of these colors. Yet once in a while the bin somehow gets full. I guess it’s true what they say about scraps multiplying.
Ruth quilted it for me.
My neighbor, Sherry, bond it.
I found out recently that my other neighbor’s father had cancer. I felt this was a masculine enough quilt that it would feel at home there. They were thrilled. Glad it found a good home. Hope it brings lots of comfort and hopefully a little healing.
