Back to School for Quilters

It’s back to school time.  While you may not be officially in school.  That doesn’t mean you can’t learn.  In fact I believe that learning and growing is what this life is all about.  So treat yourself as you improve your quilting skills.

It doesn’t have to cost a lot.  There are lots of free quilting tutorials to learn from.  Learn how about tools and how to make blocks.  As well as free workshops.  Did you know I’m hosting one on the 24th.  You’ll learn about combining colors and prints.  Explore how value give you power to create amazing quilts.  I’d love to have you join me.  Save your spot.

There are also many low cost workshops you can take on line and on demand.  These often allow you access for an extended period of time.  Granting great content and information at your own pace and convenience.  Offering a variety of project and method based workshops.  There is something for every skill level and interest.  I offer several of these workshops.

Scrappy Love is a project based workshop.  In this workshop you will learn how to use value to create a lovely scrappy heart.

While Free As A Bird is a method based workshop.  Exploring free form birds, tress and houses enabling your to create your own unique design.

There are also get away retreats, if you are looking for a more immersive experience, as well as a vacation of sorts.

Another immersive experience is a membership.  These vary but are a great way to learn and connect.  In my membership there are weekly quilt block.  These blocks are mini lessons in themselves.  The are interchangeable, allowing you to mix and match.  Giving you the freedom to create your own quilts. There is also a community of generous and friendly quilters.  We’d love to have you join us!
