This little quilt (it’s only about 45″ x 50″) started as a birthday gift to myself. Just a little improvisational sewing to relax and enjoy my special day. I was having so much fun it was hard to stop and I worked on little else. So before I knew it, I had a completed top.
I loved the results so much I didn’t want it to sit in the flimsy pile so I quickly basted it and got busy free motion quilting leaves and vines throughout it.
I’m looking forward to displaying it in my home. It just makes me happy!
