Like I said last week, I love this time of year. There is just something so perfect about having a holiday just to be grateful for all that we have. The fact that it precedes the Christmas season with all it’s sharing and giving just makes perfect sense to me. What could be more natural than to want to give after you have reflected on all that you have.
I am truly blessed. I have more than I need of this worlds goods; my business prospers, my car runs, plenty of food on my table and my home is safe and cozy.
I have good neighbors that look out for my family and me, wonderful friends that rejoice in my triumphs and help see me though my trials, a wise father, talented mother, helpful brother and sisters. In addition I have a husband that supports me in all my creative clutter, three smart, hard working sons, and a beautiful caring daughter.
I have faithful reader of this little blog of mine that comment and share their talent with me, shop owners that kindly display my quilts and patterns, and allow me to teach in their shops. What more could a girl want? I am grateful for all that I have and for all the wonderful people who bless and enrich my life. I am bountifully blessed.
Thanks for blessing my life!
