Dresdens and Scraps are like chocolate and peanut butter. They make a fabulous combination.
My Scrappy Dresden pattern is one of my all time favorite quilts. It is also one of my most popular classes. Recently while teaching it one lady decided that she didn’t want to hide her scraps with the Dresdens. She decided instead to place a piece of muslin where the Dresden would be then build her scrappy background around it. Another lady in the class said she had so many scraps she was happy that this pattern used so many. She opted to keep the scrappy background behind her Dresdens. Either way I know their quilts will be beautiful.

I absolutely LOVE scraps! Your pattern makes use of SEW many of them. Scrappy background, scrappy blades, AND scrappy sashing, too? It's positively SCRAP-a-licious!!
