Prairie points are a fun addition to your quilt. They add interest and dimension. Considering how easy they are to make, they’re pretty big bang for your buck. So today I though I would share how to add prairie points to your quilts
While my examples show them on the edge of a quilt. You can add them to borders and blocks. I’ve used a prairie point as a wing on one of the birds in the Fairy Garden quilt. It was a fun way to add a little dimension. Sadly at the moment I can’t find a picture of it.
