My tickled pink quilt is moving along. I ran out of background fabric. So I had to move it to the back burner for a bit. I ordered more and it has arrived so I’m hoping to work a little more on it this week.
While waiting for my background fabric to arrive I started quilting this nautical quilt. Made from the new Janet Clair line, Ahoy Me Hearties. I’m quilting a combination of subtle and not so subtle waves. I’m really enjoying the effect.

I ran out of fabric on the quilt I was working on, too. Thankfully, it came in the mail yesterday afternoon. I am hoping to get back to that quilt today at some point. Andrea
The mix of pinks, browns and greens is lovely. I usually can't find more of any fabric so when it runs out, that becomes an opportunity to find something else that will work. It makes a scrapper quilt for me.
