Next month I get to head down to Bryce. It’s time for the annual retreat I attend, teach at and find time to snowshoe at. One of the classes I will be teaching is my Braveheart quilt.
One of my former young women, (though I tell them once your my young woman your always my young woman. I love working with the youth in my church.) Anyhow she is expecting her first baby. I always make a baby quilt for my young women when this happens. Because I wanted a different colorway for my Braveheart class. My navy and turquoise scrap bins were full so I need to use those two colors. I added orange, red, and yellow to the mix, all from my scrap bins.
Turned on my favorite jams and got busy sewing. I also wanted to do a better job demonstrating my method for flying geese. So I made a new YouTube video.
Love it when one project can check off many to do items. FYI items: Accuquiltdies on sale up to 40% off. Unlimited class streaming form Bluprintfor less than $4 a month. Fat Quarter Shop Flash Sale Sign up for free newsletter
