I was recently listening to this podcast by Brooke Castillo. In fact her whole new series on handling chaos is great. But what stuck out to me was that when things get crazy if we will dig in and create we will be better able to cope.
By creating good in the world we find solutions not only for our problems but can make the world a better place for those around us.
This video from on of my favorite talks by Dieter F. Uchtdorf says it all. It touches my heart and makes me want to create more.
It is why I do what I do. I know quilters are kind, generous people. I know by helping them develop their skills and giving them resources to create beautiful quilts I’m enlisting their help to make the world a warmer, softer, more loving and beautiful place.
