We will explore color, value and design. While we make a jumbo star quilt. Day one we will discuss the differences between color and value. Learn the role they play in your quilts. Plus receive tips for creating the perfect fabric pull.
Day two we will explore different design plans. Gaining ideas of different elements to include in your Jumbo Scrappy Star quilt. Then use the workbook to sketch your own plan.
Day three we will learn different methods for creating basic units to include in your quilt. Try flying geese, four patches and half square triangles.
Day 4 explore how you can assemble those basic units to make various filler blocks
Day 5 learn how to incorporate everything to create your star quilt. Plus discover how you can expand your knowledge. And take your scrap busting quilt creation skills to the next level.
